Hi,

It seems there is no two-factor authentication module available. Although it's strongly recommended to setup this kind of auth.

I found a module for Captcha on https://www.mon-dolibarr.fr/ but this is not available in version 7.0. Does anyone know if the captcha will be available soon?

8.0.0 Error creating invoice/order out of proposal - by: Arnold

I have upgraded from 7.0.3 to 8.0.0 and I have problems creating an invoice or acceptance of order out of an accepted proposal.

I get the following error message:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' , 0, 0, , null, null, NULL, NULL, 'EUR', , , , )' at line 1

Creating a new invoice or acceptance of order without a proposal it works.

Has anybody any idea how to solve this?

Abbiamo comprato il modulo Piano dei Conti in Italiano e in un ambiente di test abbiamo installato Dolibarr 8.0 e seguito le istruzioni per installare anche il Piano dei Conti, ma non appare né in Chart of accounts models, né tanto meno nella lista a tendina di Chart of accounts.

Dove stiamo sbagliando?

Hello,

I would like to set a default warehouse for item receipts. As I have several (user) warehouses, but only one where I receive goods.
So when I receive an order, I would like to have the dropdown of warehouses preselect a warehouse for me.

What I have tried:
  • I've been searching, but I couldn't find a configuration parameter on the module, or global.
  • I also tried the default values setup in the config, but it doesn't seem to work on dropdowns
  • I tried abusing a custom menu item to run a javascript, but dolibarr has that well secured :)
  • currently I just place "&entrepot_0_0=1&entrepot_0_1=1&entrepot_0_2=1..." after the url

I could probably hard code it into the source, or inject a javascript to do it. But I wonder if I'm missing a way to get this done?

Hello
This is the situation: i have created a custom module, which contains some checklist templates. I want these checklist to be avalable to the Proposal modules, so its voices can be checked there, in a dedicated tab.
I added the tab as well, so now i want to add a custom field to the propal module, which may be a dropdown with the names of my templates. The selected template will then appear in my tab.
Still, i didn't find a way to add a field to the propal module. I have read the following tutorials:

https://wiki.dolibarr.org/index.php/Hooks_system

so i created a tab in my database with 2 columns (one for propal id and the other for template id). Still, the lack of clear instructions in the docs makes this hard. I figured out that there must be a hook that's fired during form creation, but i can't find it, if it exists. Trying to hook to "propalcard" from my module just results in instructions being executed right before the page template.
So, how am i supposed to add this custom field to propal, from my custom module? Thank you.

Hi,

I had the issue n the v7.0.3 version on IE only. i resently upgraded to v8 and I enforce the security Code for double authentication.

Now i cant Login because of the security code doesnt match. tried multiple time and i still can login using Chrome or IE

Couldn't find answers to a couple questions I have. Checked the module pages and the wiki (https://www.dolibarr.org/#features).

What is the difference between an order and an invoice?
What is the difference between products 'for sale' and 'for purchase'? A quick search online reveals that for sale is meant for like say consumers and for purchase is for B2B. Right?

I would be happy to add answers to the FAQs in the wiki about this. Also look forward to checking out how the app is coded for contributing. One thing that throws me off though is my forum password was sent in plain text to my email inbox!! (bad bad bad I think).

I have downloaded an excel template so I can import data.
When I open the spreadsheet I get the following errors on rows 1 3 4 and 7

is a field fk_accounting_category.
What is it for?

Dolibarr 7.0.3


I created manually a chart of accounts
and set than default accounts
and all worked fine ... for some weeks.

But now after trying some new features and modules, there is an error in default accounts,
also after deactivate all new settings.

Dolibarr don't show anymore the values
for ''Accounting account used for customer third parties'
and 'Accounting account used for user third parties'.

If i change the values of this fields and save - dolibarr say its saved - all okay. But dont show anything.
In the database i can see the values.

Only if i choose my first (on top) account (00100 AKTIVA) - it is displayed.
All other accounts not.
:huh:
That's a little bit confusing.

Any ideas???

My client insist on using Dolibarr, he has 3.0 version installed.
Will installing the Doliwamp 7.0.3 updates the software automatically without any data loss...?

Can someone guide me with the step by step or a procedure to go ahead with the update without loosing any data.

Any help would be appreciated.

Status of invoice incorrectly showing - by: aakhalwaya

The status of an invoice is incorrectly shown in the Related Items tab if the invoice is Partially Paid.
The status is shown as Abandoned.

Third Party->Related Items->Customer Invoices.

If you select the invoice the details are correct in the invoice window (Status ->Partially Paid), but in the Related Items the status is Abandoned.

This bug is not related to Version 8.0.0 only as I remember seeing it in previous versions.

Hi,
when I generate the proposal with Azur model or a invoice with Crabe model, on the footer I see the Juridical Status (raison individuelle).
How I can remove it ? I don't find this variable on the model file.

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to use cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, etc.) as a vehicle of exchange between customer - business instead of fiat currencies (USD, EU, GBP, etc.) ?.
I'm looking for a ERP/CRM solution capable of incorporating cryptocurrencies into the supply-chain. I would like to simplify the whole process using a single tool or service (hope to be dolibarr), here an example: The price of the products / services are always gonna be expressed in BTC on the shopping website. API's from bitcoinaverage.com will take care of the exchange rate updating the exact amount of satoshis. During checkout customer will send his payment via his own wallet to the address our system generates. After verification (2-10 minutes depending on which crypto being used) email notification send invoice to customer.

I heard that late 2019 the ecommerce module would be develop, if they are working on it right now might as well consider incorporating this feature. Anyone knows the best way to fill such kind of proposal ?
