FOB vs warehouse costs - by: USN

Has anyone found a good way to include both FOB costs and warehouse costs for customers? Many times we need to quote our customers both a cost from our warehouse and one for direct import from China (ie FOB China rather than FOB domestic warehouse). Anyone know a good way to include both costs for the customer? Is it possible to change "Price base" from tax to these two costs? We are purely B2B so we never need to use tax or VAT for our sales.
